If you have a specific area you’d like to focus on, or if you want to unwind on your lunch break, this is the perfect option for you. A half hour massage will allow time to settle in and target a particular muscle group, or for a relaxing short massage of the back of the body.

Want to focus in on a particular area and also treat the rest of your body? Book in a 90 min session so we can cover all the bases. A fantastic option for anyone involved in high intensity, full body workouts, this will have you feeling relaxed, energised, and ready for your next session!

Standard

The one hour option is my most popular service. If you have a couple of problem areas you’d like to target, or you want to unwind with a general full body massage, book yourself a one hour slot!
